Project Source Codeby monoed.africa

Final year project topics with source code

These are examples of topics this site can build, for students of Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, Computer Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Your topic does not need to be on the list. Each project is built for the topic you type: a software system in Python or PHP, or an Arduino program with its circuit, for ₦13,500.

  • Press a topic to start with it. You can edit the wording first. A few open a finished example.
  • You answer a few questions and read the full plan before you pay.
  • The list shows what can be built. Not every topic here has been built yet.

Record and management systems

Systems that keep records, with staff accounts, forms, lists, search and printed reports.

Booking, ordering and sales systems

Customers or staff place bookings and orders. Payment is recorded and clearly labelled as simulated.

School, exam and e-learning systems

Tests, attendance, results and course materials for a department or a school.

Dashboards and data analysis

Upload a spreadsheet and see figures, filters and charts. Each chart can be saved for your report.

Expert systems

Rule-based systems that ask questions and give advice. The rules are written in the open so you can explain them.

Prediction and machine learning systems

A small model trained on a labelled sample dataset, with its accuracy reported honestly.

Cyber security tools

Tools that show a security idea working on your own laptop, for defence and teaching only.

Health, community and public service systems

Record systems for clinics, local offices and community groups.

Arduino and microcontroller projects

For Computer Engineering and Electrical and Electronics students. You get the program, the parts list, every wire in a table and a drawing, and files to try the circuit on a free simulator. You buy the parts and build the circuit yourself.

What it cannot build

  • Mobile apps for Android or iPhone.
  • Network simulations, for example in Packet Tracer or NS-3.
  • Systems that take real payments or send real SMS. These parts are simulated and labelled.
  • Very large systems. A project has up to seven screens, which is the right size for a defence.
  • Circuits whose main point is Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GSM or SMS, a phone app, a camera, fingerprint, GPS, a moving robot, solar or inverter power, or mains voltage. A small part like an SMS alert is replaced by a buzzer or a screen message and listed as future work.

Not sure about your topic? Type it on the start page. It is free until you approve the plan, and the plan says plainly what will and will not be built.
